Virginia, is a web strategy and development firm with the singular mission of
applying significant technologies to public policy issues of importance. Since
inception in 1996, Forum One has grown to include an international team of professional
programmers, web developers and designers, policy analysts and project managers
who oversee web initiatives involving Education, Environment, Poverty, International
