1,000 Days Hub gets new director

The 1,000 Days Hub, a partnership on child nutrition, is gaining momentum under its new director, Lucy Sullivan.

A partnership between the U.S.-based private sector, government agencies and international NGOs, 1,000 Days aims to increase awareness and understanding of the child undernutrition crisis, with the ultimate goal of elevating nutrition as a development priority.

Shaped by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and InterAction with close collaboration from the U.S. State Department, 1,000 Days informs key partners about the economic consequences of and cost-effective interventions for undernutrition to make this a priority in donor and country governments’ development strategies.
