New Paper Outlines Steps to Provide Economic and Social Opportunities for Youth

InterAction member International Youth Foundation’s new paper, Opportunity in Action, documents the challenges young people are facing to enter the 21st century workforce.

The paper highlights that last year, nearly 75 million young people were unemployed worldwide, and only 56 percent enroll in secondary education. It goes on to explore barriers to youth in six geographic regions, and provides recommendations on necessary steps to give young people better access to educational and career development opportunities.
