Field Cooperation Protocol
Recognizing the importance of cooperation among NGOs in enhancing performance
and accountability in disaster assistance efforts, the signatories to
this NGO Field Cooperation Protocol will instruct their representatives
engaged in disaster response to consult with other NGO representatives
similarly engaged to try to reach consensus in dealing with the following
issues:
