This workshop showcased the work of the SID Knowledge Management Working Group and presented examples of practical applications of knowlede management and learning (KML) approach, showing how selected KML practices have been implemented in existing projects and initiatives. The presenters articulated the meaning and utility of a knowledge/learning strategy for development organizations, and how an organizational learning approach can be implemented as part of a knowledge management strategy. Each presenter shared concrete and relevant examples from his/her agency to show how such KML practices and components play out and how they can enhance program and project effectiveness.

At InterAction's 2012 Forum, several InterAction members presented on their organization’s efforts to measure agency level results. On April 10, three of those organizations shared the progress they have made since then and what they’ve learned throughout the process.
