This document, published by the Advisory Group on Civil Society and Aid Effectiveness on January 28, 2008, summarizes key issues and proposals arising from the six Advisory Group consultations, as well as from related independent processes, that have together contributed to a better understanding of the Advisory Group's mandate on aid effectiveness.
