InterAction's G8/G20 Task Force published a G20 Summit Policy Brief on innovative financing and the elimination of tax havens. The short brief provides information on the potential role a global financial transfer fee (also sometimes called a transfer tax) might play in responding to international crises. It also presents recommendations on reducing tax havens and tax information exchanges with developing countries that the G8/G20 Task Force wishes for the U.S. to support and push for in international forums, including this year's G20 Summit.
