Sam remarks on the United Nations Millennium Development Goal Review Summit held in September 2010. He acknowledges the accomplishments in respect to the creation of beneficial partnerships and new ideas for development initiatives but cites its downfalls in terms of sidelining of NGOs and the lack of follow-through of promises.
