InsideNGO's Training of Trainers

The purpose of this workshop is to build the confidence, course design and facilitation skills of NGO staff to deliver relevant and effective training. The training approach is highly practical, participatory and fun!  We focus on real issues and help participants to use the techniques covered, rather than just discuss them.

The course is limited to a small group so that we can be sure to meet the needs of individual participants.  We use a wide variety of learning methods to stimulate interest and meet the differing learning styles of participants – including group problem-solving activities and discussions, quizzes, games, illustrated presentations and demonstration of techniques.

During the course, participants will work in small groups to design and develop, with full support and guidance, a short training session to be delivered on the final day.
