While security and safety are areas of concern for all NGOs, limited budgets and lack of appropriate training increase staff and organizational risk. Often, staff are designated with safety and security responsibility but are not provided with the training or tools, nor have the experience to adequately avoid hazards or respond to emergency situations. This workshop, led by an expert in security training for NGOs, is designed to build the capacity for those with security and safety responsibility.
