We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at InterAction Forum 2010: Moving at the Speed of Change to be held June 2-4 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mount Vernon Place, Washington D.C.
Forum 2010 will feature a new exhibitor layout in two adjoining halls directly opposite our plenary session hall. Exhibits will be open during specific times with exclusive exhibits only sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Special activities and networking opportunities in the exhibit halls are planned to include a happy hour reception and scavenger hunt, continental breakfast, an artisan trade fair and raffles to provide visibility and greater opportunities for information sharing and promotion. This year's exhibit choices will include table top and pipe & drape booth options.
In response to repeated request, Exhibitor Registration has been extended to May 10. All registration forms and payments must be received on or before May 10, 2010. Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If all spaces are sold, you may be placed on a waiting list. Forum 2009 exhibitor spaces sold out early. Registration will be confirmed via e-mail within three working days and space assignments will be e-mailed on or before May 14, 2010. Each exhibitor's organization/company name will be publicized on the InterAction Forum Exhibitor/Sponsorship website within 2 working days after processing your registration.
To maximize opportunity for our exhibitors the following special activities are planned in the exhibit halls:
- Wednesday, June 2 - Opening Day Happy Hour and Scavenger Hunt
- Thursday, June 3 - Artisan Trade Fair featuring arts and crafts from the field
- Friday, June 4 - Continental Breakfast Networking / Artisan Trade Fair
- Thursday & Friday, June 3 - 4, 2010 - Raffles subject to exhibitor interest
