Worthington served as a member of the U.S. Delegation to the Fourth High-Level Meeting on Aid Effectiveness in Busan, South Korea.  In this blog he reflects on the changing architecture of aid and the need for foundations, governments, and NGOs to work together.  Busan made some progress on coordination, but room for improvement still exists.
