Statement of Purpose To enable participants to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to contribute effectively to international understanding and global development.  
Programs & Activities
Basic Education
Developing an individual’s basic skills as tools for further education and learning, and fostering community involvement in basic education.
Training
Providing tailored U.S.-based and in-country experiences to enhance individual and institutional knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for improving performance.
NGO/Institutional Capacity Building
Helping to ensure the effectiveness of NGOs and other community-based groups through institutional needs assessment, specialized management training, and grants programs.
Democracy and Governance
Strengthening the ability of individuals and civic groups to contribute to civil society and effective governance.
Societies in Transition
Promoting positive development in communities that have experienced profound societal change and upheaval.
The Delphi International Program of World Learning
Formerly Delphi International, an independent U.S. PVO and InterAction member acquired by World Learning in Summer 2001, remains dedicated to facilitating exchanges among professionals from the United States and around the world. Core programs include the administration of observational study tours and educational exchanges. |
