World Renew's Response to Syria Crisis

World Renew (previously known as CRWRC) is partnering with the Lebanese Society for Education and Social Development (LSESD) in in the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon and Damascus, Syria, as well as with local church and community organizations. The response includes food assistance, rent assistance, blankets and hygiene items, and health and counseling services for approximately 600 families. Through the Canadian Foodgrains Bank, World Renew is also supporting a food assistance project implemented by local partners of the Mennonite Central Committee of Canada for 50,000 displaced families in Al-Nabk, Syria.
