Ned Colt is regional media manager for the IRC covering the Caucasus, North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In his prior career incarnation, Ned was an award-winning journalist whose work aired on the BBC, NBC, NPR, Global TV, ITV, MSNBC, CBC and Deutsche Welle among others. He was with NBC News for more than a decade as a foreign correspondent posted to Hong Kong, Beijing, and London. He was one of the first Fulbright Scholars to Albania and has a master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
