5 Tips for Negotiating the Salary or Raise that you want

Whether it's a new job or a 10-year raise, almost everyone will have to negotiate a salary at some point in their professional career.  On December 8, Alison Elissa Cardy taught a workshop for InterAction's Young Professional Network about the best way to prepare for – and succeed in – a negotiation.
