International Budget Partnership

IBP was formed in 1997 to promote transparent and inclusive budget processes as a means to improve governance and service delivery in the developing world. It seeks improvements in budget transparency, greater opportunities for public participation, more responsive public finance management institutions, and improved budget outcomes; all of which contribute to good governance and the more effective use of scarce public resources.
