SOS Children’s Villages -- USA

The Mission of SOS Children's Villages

  • To build families for children in need
  • To help children shape their own futures
  • To share in the development of communities

SOS Children’s Villages creates stable, loving families for orphaned and abandoned children. We provide mothers who give individual attention and guidance to each child until they become an independent adult.

At SOS Children’s Villages, we focus on the building blocks for a successful life: a happy childhood in a stable home; good education and quality health care; loving bonds that last a lifetime.

We support 80,000 children in more than 500 villages across 133 countries, including the United States. Through our education, medical, family strengthening and outreach programs we impact the lives of over 1 million people each year.
