Anna Jaffe joined InterAction as Program Manager for Protection in June 2019.
Anna has experience implementing protection programs in South Sudan, Tanzania, Indonesia, Niger, Cameroon, Nigeria, Iraq, and Lebanon. Child protection holds a special place in Anna’s heart, having spent the last year as a Deployable Child Protection in Emergencies Specialist with Plan International. She is happy to be working with InterAction Members through the Gender-Based Violence and Protection Working Groups, as well as through representation at the Global Protection Cluster. Anna also supports members through facilitating the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Task Force.
Anna was born and raised in Washington, D.C. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UW-Madison and a Masters in Migration Policy and Refugee Law from the London School of Economics. In her free time, Anna enjoys rock climbing, hiking, ceramics, and baking.
