Chelsea joined InterAction in January 2019 as a Program Associate for the Humanitarian Policy and Practice Team. She joins us after a recent consultancy with IOM and internships with UNRWA and the IRC. While interning with IRC, she helped bring together the organization's annual reports on their commitments to the Grand Bargain and the World Humanitarian Summit. During her time with UNRWA, she also supported much of the congressional and NGO community engagement carried out by that office. Chelsea holds a M.A. in Security Studies from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies, and a B.A. in Middle East History and Comparative Religion from the University of Washington.
