Kelsey Harris joined InterAction in March 2019 as a Senior Associate for Public Policy. Kelsey supports InterAction’s overall advocacy program, including supporting and managing the Public Policy Committee system and spearheading InterAction’s engagement related to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene programs.
Kelsey joined InterAction with over seven years of public policy and project management experience working in immigration at the Immigration Justice Campaign, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and a private law firm. She received her MPP from George Mason University, where she focused on international governance and policy issues and received the Alexis de Tocqueville Award for extraordinary academic achievement in the program. Originally from North Carolina, Kelsey received her B.A. in International Studies and Studio Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
