Monica Bounds joined InterAction in May 2021. As InterAction’s Manager of People and Culture, Monica partners with staff and the Executive Team in shaping a diverse and inclusive organization.
Monica has over a decade of diverse experience working in the fields of healthcare, real estate, research, and global consulting for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her areas of expertise include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS implementations, and employee relations.
Monica most recently served as the Human Resources Manager for an international anti-bribery compliance association. Earlier in her career, Monica also worked on both the Human Resources and Marketing teams at the Corporate Executive Board, now Gartner.
Monica holds both an M.S. in Administration and a B.S. in Mass Communications from Southeast Missouri State University.
