Caleb Zimmerman

Caleb Zimmerman is a communication manager working on press outreach, social media and digital communications. Managing InterAction’s Communications Directors and Social Media Working Groups, Caleb organizes collective action to share information among members and encourage collaboration.

Prior to InterAction, Caleb worked in advertising at Crispin, Porter + Bogusky. As an account executive, he oversaw the daily execution of the Twitter handle, @CaptainObvious and worked on various TV, digital, radio and print campaigns for clients such as Microsoft Bing, American Express OPEN and Hulu Plus. Caleb has a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University.

A Collaborative Effort in Celebrating National Ag Day

This year for National Agriculture Day on March 15, InterAction led over 140 other organizations and individuals in a conversation on the importance of agricultural production to ensure we leave no one hungry around the world. While National Agriculture Day was started in 1973, international nonprofits have joined the conversation in recent years to increase public awareness of agriculture’s vital role in the U.S. and other countries around the world.
