Eileen McCarthy

Eileen McCarthy joined the InterAction team in 2014 as the Project Coordinator for Results-Based Protection. In this role, she supports the coordination of the Program by engaging with Steering Group members and other stakeholders, coordinating field consultations, developing and distributing communications materials, and regularly tracking and documenting the accomplishments, milestones, and finances of the RBP Program. Prior to joining InterAction, Eileen worked in policy and advocacy around protection of civilians at Crisis Action and survivors’ rights at Action on Armed Violence. She holds an MSc in International Development & Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Political Economy from Fordham University.
