Kim Pozniak

Kim Pozniak serves as Director of Communications at InterAction, where she leads strategic communications efforts that advance the organization's mission and elevate the voice and impact of its Member organizations. With more than 20 years of experience in communications, journalism, and nonprofit leadership, she oversees media relations, executive communications, digital content, and organizational storytelling.

Prior to joining InterAction, Kim served as Senior Director of Global Communications at Catholic Relief Services (CRS), where she led global communications strategies supporting the organization's humanitarian and development programs in more than 100 countries. Her work included executive communications, media engagement, crisis communications, global storytelling, and efforts to increase public understanding of international development and humanitarian issues.
