Members Only — Interactive Webinar for Senior Leadership: Living in Adaptive Times

Living in Adaptive Times, an Interactive Webinar for InterAction Member Organization Senior Leaders

In the midst of this moment in history, we will share ideas, strategies, and practices for making meaning and forging ahead. Both individually and collectively, there is an urgent need to make sense of what is happening, create strategies for the short and middle-term, and find grounding and perspective.

For some, this is a new moment of involuntary change. For others, this represents another moment of the systems not meeting their needs. For some, this is a time of taking space for safety and sacrifice. For others, there is no choice but to step further into their work and responsibilities. And for many, the routine aspects of their lives will be altered, displaced or removed. While we might not have chosen this adaptive moment, there is an opportunity to come together to determine how we will respond.

As we face this moment, ourselves, and each other, Living in Adaptive Times will provide some ideas, tools, and practices to find your own voice and way forward.
