InterAction recognizes that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential for effective and sustainable assistance to marginalized communities worldwide.

We also know that collaboration and bold action from our community of Member organizations are vital to driving change in the NGO sector. In May 2022, InterAction facilitated the development of the DEI Compact: INGO Commitments toward Greater Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to serve as a starting line for important collective work on DEI.
