Megan Vlad
Associate, People and Culture
Megan joined InterAction as the People and Culture Associate in September 2023.
In this role, she supports InterAction's recruitment and employment efforts, manages data and records, and assists the Chief People Officer in managing a wide range of human resource activities and projects. Additionally, Megan supports the Finance and Administration Team with special projects.
Megan is from Chicago, Illinois. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
