BRIDGE 2.0: Progress and Prospects for DEI in the Global Development Sector

Humentum, InterAction, and CIDC are pleased to co-host Social Impact’s launch of their BRIDGE 2.0 survey results.

BRIDGE stands for Benchmarking Race, Inclusion, & Diversity in Global Engagement and is an institutional survey that explores DEI metrics, structures, and practices at the organizational level across U.S.-registered organizations in the international development and humanitarian sector. The baseline survey was established in 2021.

The conversation will focus on the BRIDGE 2.0 results and include trends from the baseline survey. Speakers will share their organization’s DEI successes and challenges and, as a group, we will determine actions that everyone can take to advance DEI within their organizations.

Main questions guiding the discussion include:

  • Have organizations in the international development and humanitarian sectors made progress on DEI in the last two years?
  • Where have they been successful and where are they getting stuck?
  • What can you and your organization do to advance DEI based on this evidence?

Who should attend:

This is an open event that welcomes all. Whether you are just starting your career or are the CEO, we all have a part to play. The focus is on the international development and humanitarian sectors, but learnings can be applied to all organizations.
